Definition
Psychological counselling adopts a strengths based approach to explore the ways we perceive and express ourselves, how we store our perceptions and later recall them, and the way we think.
A Psychologist is someone who studies the interrelation between thought, behaviour and emotion and looks specifically at how the individual experiences life based upon this interrelation. Psychological interventions are applied in individual, couple and family contexts as well within clinical and community settings.
