Request that your G.P. or Psychiatrist provides a written referral under a "G.P. Managed Care Plan or the GP Mental Health Care Plan".

You can receive up to 10 individual per session in a calendar year. Your referring doctor will assess your progress after the first six sessions.

For GP managed Chronic Disease Management Plan, you can receive up to 5 individual sessions in a calendar year to Allied Health Services. Your referring doctor will assess your progress.

If you wish to claim your rebate through your private health provider all you need to do is contact them to find out how much your individual health fund will rebate
